The nursery is both a service to parents and is the initial phase of our Children’s Ministry. The women of our church love to provide a loving and nurturing environment for our precious little ones, showing their love for them and for Christ.
- Nursery for Sunday Activities:
Sunday School – 9:45 to 11:00 a.m.
Corporate Worship – 11:00 am to 12:15 pm
AWANA – 5:00 to 6:30 pm (for Awana workers only)
- Nursery for Wednesday Activities:
During Adult Bible Study – 7:00 to 8:00 pm
Sunday School (3 years old to 6th grade)
We utilize the “Generations of Grace” curriculum, a theological resource that takes students through the Bible from Genesis to Revelation telling God’s story of redemption. Our Sunday school classes feature solid Bible teaching and fun children’s activities.
- 9:30 to 9:45 a.m. – Juice and Donuts
- 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. – Fun Creative Activities and Teaching from God’s Word
Currently, we break up our children into three different classes:
- The Sanders’ Class: 3 years – Kindergarten
- Mrs. Georgia’s Class: 1st – 4th Grade
- The Juniors’ Class: 5th & 6th Grade
Discovery Club (Wednesday Nights)
Discovery Club provides a child appropriate learning environment where children are exposed to the gospel and theology through a combination of teaching from God’s Word and gospel centered music. This is held in correlation with the Adult Bible Study.
- 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. – Meal
- 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. – Music and Teaching from God’s Word
AWANA Clubs (Sunday Nights during the school year from mid-September to mid-May)
AWANA is a children’s program focused on the gospel and planting the seed of God’s Word in the hearts of children. Each Sunday, kids learn Scripture through memorization and teaching time, while also having a game time and a snack.
